Odor Neutralizer

Odour-Out, This ALL NATURAL liquid concentrate is a non-toxic, non-masking hypoallergenic product that works quickly to clean and permanently destroy the source of odors caused by smoke, feces, urine or any other decomposing organics. It is registered with the NSF for general cleaning in any food processing facility Classification (A1).

Citrus/grapefruit fragrence. Concentrate mixes at 1 ounce per 1.5 gallons of water for maintenance purposes. Can be mixed stronger if needed. For automatic insect control systems mix 1 quart per 50 gallons of water.
Can be applied with handheld sprayers, cold foggers, misting systems or other types of liquid dispersing devices.

Formulated using collodial chemistry, food grade ingredients are processed to form a particle called a micelle. This micelle is the active ingredient and is only one to four nanometers in size. This small particle size, combined with extremely high surface area to volume ratio enables the micelles to penetrate complex carbon molecules and emulsify organic matter. Organic odor causing agents are inactivated by three micelles rapidly degrading their molecular bonds. Odour Out is completely safe to use. It needs no WHMIS training or special handling or storage requirements. Completely bio-degrades within 28 days. Odour Out is non selective in what it attacks, and works over a broadd range of pH, both acidic and alkaline, which is not usually the cause of enzyme formulas.
